Position Summary The Recruiter will support full-cycle recruitment across Orthopaedic Solutions Management (OSM) and its divisions, partnering closely with operational and clinical leadership in a high-volume, multi-site healthcare environment. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of positions, including clinical support and administrative roles. This role works closely with hiring managers to support hiring needs in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple open roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage assigned requisitions and support full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer. - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines. - Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal pipelines. - Review applications and conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. - Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Assist with offer extensions an...
