About the Role: The Assistant Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in driving new product development across Australia and New Zealand. This role shapes marketing and media plans, contributes to brand strategy, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results in a dynamic FMCG environment. Main Responsibilities: - Lead the development of marketing and media plans and shaping the future product range - Understand shopper and consumer needs, conducting financial evaluations, and ensuring supply availability - Contribute to the definition and execution of brand plans, including media planning - Consolidate data from multiple sources to develop actionable recommendations aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives - Manage the A&P budget and recommend optimisations as needed - Lead operational projects, including new SKU development - Conduct analysis and post-activity reviews, providing recommendations to enhance brand market share and profitability - Collaborate with internal functions such as sales, logistics, and regional marketing - Actively participate in the Ferrero ANZ Marketing Community and support the regional marketing team on ad hoc project Ab...
