Social Media Executive - Mandarin Speaking

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Executive to join our national team, based in Melbourne. This role will primarily focus on Instagram and TikTok growth and content operations, with a strong focus on organic user acquisition and event/campaign exposure. Responsibilities: - Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok accounts - Support Xiaohongshu and Threads content operations - Plan, write and publish social media content - Research trends and optimise content performance - Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations - Support content shooting, editing and event coverage - Assist with community engagement and audience interaction Requirements: - Fluent Mandarin is required - Minimum 1 year of Instagram account management experience - Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Threads and Xiaohongshu trends - Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.) - Strong understanding of social media content and aesthetics - Must provide social media profiles/accounts previously managed Preferred: - Experience in food, lifestyle or local business content - Experience working with influencers or social campaigns
