Job Title: HR Generalist (Field & Operations People Partner) Location: Onsite San Jose, California: Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 12:00pm - 9:00pm (with flexibility) Base Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 plus Booster Equity Grant Travel: 10%-30% (primarily between local yards and nearby operational sites) About Booster: Booster is building the frictionless, tech-powered energy supply chain for modern transportation.
