About the Role: We are seeking a Digital Education Operations Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of ASHM’s education programs across Australia and New Zealand. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing education operations within the National Policy and Education Division (NPED), with a strong focus on people leadership, system improvement, and scalable delivery. You will lead the Project Administrator team, ensure high-quality and consistent course delivery, and work across teams to strengthen systems, processes, and compliance frameworks that support ASHM’s education programs.
