Operations Manager – Switching Location: New Wales Schedule: Varies based on business needs Pay: $70,000 annually: Join an award-winning team in the logistics industry. Road & Rail Services is seeking a proactive, experienced leader to serve as Switching Operations Manager. This individual will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced rail yard environment, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer requirements. You'll be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site performance, leading teams and developing personnel to achieve excellence in safety and service delivery.
