The Role: Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff. - Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards. - Train, and support the housekeeping team, fostering a positive team culture - Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
