Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, engineering resources, equipment requirements, cost estimates, and timelines. Leads engineering projects by coordinating cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. - Provide expert technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ISO regulations. Identifies and resolves technical issues that arise, supporting production as needed. - Establishes and monitors project budgets and schedules, adjusting to meet deadlines and financial objectives while preparing comprehensive documentation, including plans and progress reports. - Acts as the primary liaison for clients, stakeholders, and team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
