Job Title: Network & Telephony Administrator Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – Minimum 60% On-site) We are looking for a Network & Telephony Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network, security, and IP telephony infrastructure within a dynamic ICT environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, manage, and maintain network infrastructure and telephony systems Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi controllers, and security appliances Manage network security tools including Fortigate firewalls and secure gateways Support IP telephony and contact center solutions Provide Level 2/3 technical support for network-related incidents Participate in infrastructure improvements, deployments, and automation initiatives Maintain network monitoring and capacity management tools Requirements: Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Fortinet solutions Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Windows environments Understanding of network architecture, security, and resilience Knowledge of scripting and infrastructure automation principles French language proficiency required: Experience with Cisco IP telephony/contact center solutions is...
