We are seeking a dedicated Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team at Indiana Automotive Fasteners, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing environmental compliance programs at a manufacturing facility. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and serves as the facility's primary resource for environmental permitting, reporting, inspections, and regulatory compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. - Ensure facility compliance with EPA, IDEM, and applicable local environmental regulations. - Manage environmental permits, including air permits, stormwater permits, and other applicable regulatory permits. - Prepare and submit environmental regulatory reports such as Tier II, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI), and emissions reports. - Manage hazardous waste programs in accordance with RCRA regulations, including storage, labeling, manifesting, and vendor coordination. - Conduct internal environmental compliance inspections and audits. - Serve as primary point of contact during environmental regulatory inspections. - Maintain environmental records and compliance documentation - Su...
