Responsible for the evaluation, clinical assessment, treatment, plan, performance of Speech-Language interventions, and treatment plan progression for physician-referred patients that demonstrate speech, language, hearing, and oral myofuctional disorders. Responsibilities also include consulting with physicians and the health care team regarding patient care, participating in team and patient care, participating in team and patient/family conferences, educating physicians and associated to speech-language interventions to insure continuity of care, and completing all required paper work such as clinical records, care plans, and charge sheets. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Master’s Degree from a school of Speech Language pathology. 2. Current West Virginia SLP Therapy Licensure, or applicable state licensure where services will be performed. 3. CPR certification within 30 days of...
