What You’ll Do: Do you have strong organizational skills? Are you looking to break into the accounting industry? The Accounting Clerk is a great entry-level opportunity for you! We’ll have you crunching numbers and taking care of invoices in no time at all! Here are just some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for daily: Verify that purchasing procedures are followed and maintain an up-to-date Purchase Order Log. Process all approved invoices and ensure timely payment. Handle all vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements. Process daily income audit and confirm night audit tasks are completed. Prepare accounts receivable invoices and maintain a clean ledger. Assist the Accounting Manager with end of month processing. Where You’ve Been: We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar field. Additional in-industry experience is a plus, but not required. What we really want is someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and someone who is ready and willing to learn.
