Associate Manager, Consumer Insights

The Associate Manager, Consumer Insights will support the development of consumer learning plans and help deliver actionable recommendations that enable the brand strategy. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to optimize innovation and bring it to market. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Supports the development of consumer learning plans beginning at the innovation phase; able to distill business questions into actionable research recommendations. - Manages vendor relationships and partners with external suppliers to deliver consumer insights and growth recommendations. - Supports competitive and market intel work by leveraging syndicated data sources such as Circana, IRI, Nielsen, etc. as needed. - Leverages syndicated data, DIY research platforms, and qualitative & quantitative methodologies to right-size learning plans according to business needs. - Creates clear and compelling presentations that bring insights and innovation selling stories to life; presents to multi-functional partners, franchise organizations, and leadership teams.
