The Opportunity: At Canadian Natural, our Horizon site ‑ based Reliability Engineering team plays a vital role in maximizing the availability, reliability, and performance of our mine equipment fleets. With a strong focus on health, safety, and the environment, the team identifies and manages asset reliability risks that could impact operations. By applying Lean Six Sigma (LSS), the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX), and their expertise in loss elimination, risk management, and life cycle asset management, our Reliability Engineers provide sound recommendations to the Mining management team to achieve optimal asset performance.
