Position Outline As part of the Connor Crew, you are responsible for supporting your store, store team, and manager. This is achieved by having a customer first mentality outfitting our customers with confidence, style and comfort as well as providing exceptional store presentation through efficiently carrying out operational tasks, by self and/or through the performance of others. Connor management crew demonstrate a connection to our core values and cultural statements, bringing energy, drive, teamwork, and leadership to every shift.
