Automation Utility Specialist

Description The Automation Utility Specialist plays a critical role in supporting daily outbound operations by troubleshooting automation systems, managing inventory-related exceptions, and ensuring seamless order processing across multiple systems. Working as part of a strong three-person team per shift, this role balances technical problem-solving with proactive communication to keep operations running smoothly. Automation Utility Specialists act as Automation Wave Planners (AWP), Outbound Troubleshooters, and Inventory Investigators, handling exceptions in LogicPod (LP) and Inther, resolving stock discrepancies, managing channel assignments, cartonization and manifest exceptions, and ensuring accuracy between systems at the end of each shift. The role requires strong communication skills (both written and verbal), technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to identify and resolve roadblocks.
