Principal Responsibilities: Manage cost, schedule and performance across a Portfolio of Projects working with tech leads, Industry, Academia and Government Stakeholders. Strong financial acumen to inform investment, co-investment, and acquisition decisions. Represent the customer with , Critical Enablers, Innovation Hubs within the DoD , the Intelligence Community ( IC ) , Requirements Developers, End Users and Key S takeholders.
