Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role. - 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.). - Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning (AI/ML). Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a technology or business related field. - 8 years of product management experience, taking enterprise business-to-business SaaS, API infrastructure, or platform products from inception to launch. - Experience in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) ecosystems, enterprise CRM integrations (e.g., Zendesk), CPaaS, and conversational AI platforms. - Experience driving horizontal platform strategies that integrate across multiple distinct product areas or teams, orchestrating data payloads and handoffs between human agents, virtual agents. - Experience building highly scalable, high-throughput platform products, such as routing engines, API gateways, middleware, or enterprise connectivity layers.
