The Manager, Proposals leads and develops a team of Proposal Leads, Pricing Analysts/Specialists, and/or and Proposal Writers responsible for delivering high ‑ quality, compliant, and competitive customer proposals. This role is accountable for proposal execution excellence, along with consistent application of pursuit processes, quality standards, and best practices. The Manger Proposals provides leadership, coordination, and troubleshooting while partnering closely with Sales, Services, Legal, and PBUs, while also managing and mentoring their team.
