Description Position Summary The grant writer serves as a staff member at will of Domestic Violence Intervention Services (DVIS). The grant writer provides professional grant-writing services to the agency. With the assistance of the Chief Development Officer, work toward stable agency funding through an increased donor base, capital contribution campaign, and planned giving program.The Grant Writer serves as an at-will staff member of Domestic Violence Intervention Services (DVIS) and provides professional grant writing and funding research to support the agency’s mission and programs. In collaboration with the Chief Development Officer and Grant Manager, the Grant Writer researches, prepares, and submits grant proposals and supports sustainable agency funding through grant acquisition, donor development support, capital campaigns, and planned giving initiatives.
