Staff Accountant Location: Broomall, PA Onsite (full-time) Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, including the Controller and CFO, on a variety of accounting and financial functions. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance, and ensuring the overall integrity of the organization’s financial data. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting - Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.- Apply GAAP principles to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Manage adjusting entries, depreciation, and amortization schedules.- General Ledger Management- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Reconciliations - Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly.- Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
