Schedule: Full Time Rotating Shifts Work Location: Indianapolis, IN: Department Supported: Public Safety: Primary Responsibilities: Serves as a vital communication link between the IU Health Department of Public Safety and the guests and team members of IU Health. Works independently in a high-stress environment while receiving and evaluating incoming emergency and administrative calls for service. Triages requests for service, provides guidance and assistance, and coordinates appropriate responses. Utilizes proper radio communication. Enters and maintains accurate computer records in various programs, including a Computer Aided Dispatch System. Completes all annual training and certification requirements. Assists with various administrative duties as necessary.
