The Vice President | Business Development is an integral part of the company’s success embodying the character of our Full Service + Focus Service + Extended Stay branded and independent hotels within our portfolio. The Vice President will provide a single point of leadership in driving and sustaining the business growth strategy by developing new management agreements and nurturing relationships with both prospects and existing owners. SPECIFIC DUTIES: business development activity - Leads the Full Service + Focus Service + Extended Stay branded and independent hotels - Responsible for sourcing management contracts and development opportunities to grow PM Hotel Group’s portfolio of hotels. - Builds a robust business development pipeline - Develops and maintains relationships with brokers, consultants, banks, and investors. - Attends key hospitality events, conferences, and networking opportunities relevant to increasing management business. - Cultivates relationships with industry’s leading hospitality brands - Develops and ma...
