Safety Is Our Top Priority The Mixer must understand, follow, and comply with ALL safety rules and policies . This includes: - Completing daily safety, housekeeping, and calibration checks - Safely operating all mix room equipment - Maintaining clean, organized, and hazard‑free workspaces - Following all safety procedures and contributing to a safe team environment Work Schedule: This position works a rotating shift schedule that changes every 4 weeks . Shift length may be 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts , depending on production needs. Shift options include: Candidates must be willing and able to work any and all shifts . - 12‑Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - 8‑Hour Shifts: - 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM - 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM - 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate all mix room equipment and follow established procedures - Complete daily safety, housekeeping, and calibration checks - Ensure accurate accounting of raw materials and finished products - Understand and apply quality system procedures - Participate in the communication and resolution of quality issues - Remain proficient in all tasks listed in the employee training...
