Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience in electronics packaging/server systems/data center or related industry. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. - Experience with mechanical product design and documentation using 3D CAD tools. - Experience in designing and analyzing with detailed tolerance analysis and tolerance loop methodologies. - Experience in evaluating and designing infrastructure systems in the IT and data center spaces.
