Commission rates range from $40 - $74 per session based on experience and certifications. New trainers have the opportunity to earn bonuses ($500-$1000/month) in their first 3 months. New Trainer Schedule & Responsibilities (First 60-90 Days): - Choose 5+ shifts/week (6 hours each) including at least one weekend shift. First 90 Days Responsibilities: - Manage the InBody machine, Fitness Desk, etc. - Oversee the fitness floor - Greet members - get to know our members! - Perform outreach (email/calls) - building your book of business is a major part of this job.
