Bilingual Senior Learning Facilitator (English/French), Learning & Development, Global Transaction Banking - Scarborough, ON Purpose: To provide training to internal staff supporting Scotiabank’s Small Business, Corporate & Commercial clients on all services supported by the Client Service and Operations. The role will be responsible for new hire and existing staff training across all Client Service and Operations teams. This ensures a high level of knowledge and confidence in using Scotiabank’s Global Transaction Banking products and services, improves client satisfaction and lowers calls to our support teams.
