Senior Associate, Risk Manager- Controls Tester As a Sr Risk Associate in the Financial Services Auto Risk Office, you will provide professional risk judgment that enables business partners to tackle major company challenges. You will test controls and make recommendations to the business to mitigate risk and strengthen our defenses. In this role, not only will you lean into your analytical and problem solving skills by assessing the design and operational effectiveness of controls necessary to mitigate risks to the Company, but you will also grow your strategic and influencing skills as you engage with stakeholders across the Capital One Auto division. You will create order and sense out of complexity and uncertainty and enable confident, decision making by providing visibility to the state of the division’s control environment.
