The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and technically capable Service Coordinator to support and coordinate all service and maintenance activities across all service lines. This role is responsible for managing service requests from initial intake through completion, ensuring accuracy, urgency, and excellent customer service delivery at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for inbound service requests via system, phone, and email. Create, schedule, dispatch, and track work orders through completion.
