About the Role As a Production Engineer, you may work with: Supporting and improving daily production operations Process optimization and continuous improvement Product support, industrialization, and NPI activities Root cause analysis, quality improvements, and troubleshooting Technical coordination with production, quality, suppliers, and design teams Automation, capacity, and cost-reduction projects For senior profiles, the role may also include leadership responsibilities, cross-functional coordination, and mentoring.
