PROCESS OPERATOR - Crisco, Cincinnati: Work in the Process Department operating the Deodorizer or Refinery systems to produce Crisco vegetable oil and shortening. This role is currently an 8- hour shift on 2nd, 3rd (non-rotating) and potential schedule change to 12-hour shift. Entry pay is $27.55/hr., advancement potential within 12-18 months to $37.68/hr., plus shift differential. Once fully qualified, employee would earn $40.78/hr. plus $2.00 premium. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follow all company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). - Monitoring and accurately recording temperatures, pressures, and rates of flow for upward or downward trends - Produce high quality products in a safe and healthy manner. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Flow to work and assist fellow employees as needed. - Loading and unloading trucks/railcars - Perform analytical testing with lab instruments - Performing required preventative maintenance and assist in the troubleshooting of potential issue QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
