Overview Inpatient Acute Care Occupational Therapist: HealthWorks Rehabilitation and Fitness: Mon Health (MHMC) in Morgantown, WV Per Diem / PRN Coverage: HealthWorks Rehabilitation and Fitness in Morgantown, WV, has been Mon Health's inpatient rehabilitation provider for more than 25 years. This 188-bed inpatient hospital is seeking local PRN or per diem occupational therapists (OT) for as-needed coverage. We have a large, multidisciplinary clinical team that needs coverage for vacations, sick days, census surges, or emergencies. There is no set schedule for PRN/per diem. We are looking to build a local per diem pool of inpatient occupational therapists. Our hospital is open year-long including most holidays. Position Summary: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s needs and physician direction. Responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients.
