Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Auto Fleet team within Affinity at Marsh Australia . This role will be based in Melbourne office . This is a fulltime and hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role is pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of transport accounts. We will count on you to: Manage all aspects of a portfolio of auto fleet accounts, including managing of monthly bordereaux processes and compliance requirements of these which are operated under an insurer delegation authority. Manage renewal and service cycles, ensuring that a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients at all times and complete adherence to the principles of the Marsh client first principles.
