In addition to supporting and executing a wide range of global and local HR processes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company standards, and contributing to exceptional employee experience. In this role, the HR Generalist manages essential employee lifecycle activities, including preparing employment contracts, overseeing onboard and job changes, administering leaves of absence, drafting warnings, and preparing termination letters. The position ensures that each step of the employee lifecycle is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
