Overview: The Employee Relations Partner at Joby Aviation blends strategic HR business partnership with employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy development. You will proactively address employee concerns, lead investigations, support talent development efforts, and use data to identify trends and develop targeted solutions.
