The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking Youth Sports Lead to join our team! This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Youth Sports Lead provides supervision, leadership, and motivation for participants in all youth sports programming under the supervision of the Program Director, ensuring a quality experience to children and parents focused on YMCA core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
