SUMMARY: The Commissioning Oversight Specialist provides technical review and recommendations related to design, specifications, construction, and turnover of projects to ensure project quality and its effective integration into building operations and maintenance. The Commissioning Oversight Specialist works with technical team members, third party consultants, and contractors. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliverables: - Oversee the development, planning and implementation of the commissioning oversight process within project scope, schedule, budget, and BGIS/client procedural requirements. - As a specialist, provide oversight over basis of design, specifications and drawings including commissioning specifications, contractor engagement, systems start-up & performance verification testing coordination, operations, and maintenance documentation review. Team Support: - Communicates with Commissioning Oversight Manager, Project Managers, Property Managers, BGIS technical personnel, 3rd party commissioning agents and other resources to meet the commissioning oversight deliverables for a project. - Works as a team to ensure continuous improvement of the commissioning oversight deliv...
