Our Richmond Head Office currently has opportunities for: Master Data Management Lead The Master Data Management Lead is responsible for the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the master data management function, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all products, vendor, and location data. This role directly manages an MDM Analyst/Specialist and serves as the primary operational owner of item setup, data governance, and system integration processes. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a detail-oriented data professional who can balance individual execution with team development, maintain high standards of data quality, and partner effectively with merchants, IT, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings deep MDM expertise, a process improvement mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into sound data practices.
