Overview Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work: The OCO Cyber Instructor Developer plays a vital role the client with the technical skills necessary to conduct Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO). The instructor developer leverages operational expertise and advanced instructional design methodologies to develop and deliver engaging, high-impact training programs that simulate real-world attack scenarios, techniques, and adversarial tactics to prepare trainees for operational challenges in cyberspace.
