Reporting into the UK Head of Property Claims, the role will be a key member of the Property claims team responsible for Real Estate. About the rol e: We are looking for a dynamic person, with an analytical mindset who will be comfortable in managing many different priorities as the person responsible within the Property claims team for the management and oversight of all Real Estate accounts, working with key stakeholders to support the growth of the Real Estate book of business. Technical skills and knowledge of the market will be key to meeting the demanding service levels required for handling claims in the Real Estate sector. In addition, oversight and management of multiple TPAs handling Real Estate claims (including monitoring of their contractual adherence, performance, claims outcomes and claims MI) will be a significant part of the role. As importantly, a crucial part of this role will be to act as the key Claims contact for the Real Estate book, working closely with underwriters on new business opportunities and account retention, building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing Real Estate clients and brokers The role will require excellent IT skills in...
