The FOC Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring global continuity in training, qualifications, certifications, event management, and program delivery across multiple FOC instances. The role combines technical subject matter expertise in data centre infrastructure with the ability to develop and maintain programs that raise the technical bar, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable improvements to the FOC operation. The FOC Data Centre Infrastructure Operations organisation is looking for an individual with proven skills to join the Facility Operations Centre (FOC). The FOC is responsible for 24/7 monitoring of data center physical infrastructure.
