Job DetailsJob Location: White River Junction, VT 05001Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.85 - $31.27 HourlyThe People & Culture Generalist is responsible for providing HR support to Co-op employees across various business units. Responsibilities will include leave administration, recruiting, new hire paperwork at orientation, assisting with on-boarding of new employees, and setting up new employees in HRIS. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: (not an all inclusive list) Manage employment application system/process: Work with hiring managers and HR staff complete the hiring process Place job postings/advertising Perform pre-screen interviews Complete background checks and employment verifications as applicable Complete new hire paperwork in compliance with employment regulations Prepare and present job offer letters to potential hires Enter new hire data into the HRIS, ensuring accuracy Act as HR liaison to the JLMC Complete termination paperwork and HRIS entries Perform exit interviews; collate and distribute results Support employees who go out on medical leave with FMLA, ADA and/or STD Track leaves of absence Calculate department specific metrics Act as backup for p...
