Job Description: Reports To: The Maintenance Assistant will report to the Maintenance Director. The Maintenance Assistance position is a non-exempt, hourly position. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Salary Range: $23.00 - $24.00 Hourly Job Overview: Aids in maintaining the community to be a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by conducting routine maintenance and repairs inside and outside the community, installing and servicing equipment, and preparing apartments for resident move-ins.
