Position: Manager Community Programs Department: Student Success & Engagement: Type of Position: Full-time Salaried: Exemption Status: Exempt: Work Schedule, Hours per week: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No: Starting Salary Range: $55,113-$71,677 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume. Position Summary: The Community Programs Manager is responsible for facilitation of the CLEAR supported education programs, SEP community outreach, partnership events and transition advising for the CONNECT program. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in social service field, rehabilitation, education or related field required. - Six months experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities required. - Must be able to operate basic computer and office equipment. - Ability to work with students with varying degrees of disabilities required. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus good decision making, detail orientation and organizational skills required. - Must work independently.
