Organisation: Leicestershire County Council Work Location: County Hall Salary: Grade 9 - £32,070 - £34,359 Per Annum (pro rata for part time) Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent (X2) Closing Date: Midnight on Sunday 27th April 2026 We are recruiting a small team to operate a permanent duty function for Operational Commissioning services in Charnwood and Melton. This advert is for two Community Support Workers to operate the service, please see separate adverts for the Team Manager and Social Workers that will make up the team. The successful candidates will be motivated and experienced in Adult Social Care; able to make timely, legal, defensible assessments and decisions which best support the most vulnerable adults in Leicestershire. The duty team will cover Cognitive and Physical Disability; Mental Health and Learning Disability and Autism service areas. Duty team staff will not hold a caseload but will support the immediate needs of new cases.
