Description Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community offering top-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment and we are looking for a Healthcare Dining Room Supervisor to join our team! The Healthcare Dining Room Supervisor is primarily responsible for the direct supervision of Healthcare Dining daily operations for dining venues with Director of Resident Experience support. They ensure satisfactory dining experience of residents, guests and others. Monitors and maintains courteous and efficient quality of services of all healthcare dining venues & events. Directs employee training and development based on a current training program for host, hostess, and servers. Maintains appearance and cleanliness of all dining rooms, equipment, serving areas to present a neat and orderly work environment.
