Job Title: HR Specialist – Onboarding and Learning & Development Job Summary: The HR Specialist – Onboarding and Learning & Development is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end onboarding experience of new hires and supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs across the organization. The role ensures new employees have a smooth transition into the company and that ongoing training initiatives are aligned with business needs and help build capability at all levels. Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance through the end of probation, ensuring a seamless and engaging new hire experience. Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, contracts, document collection, and compliance paperwork. Craft and send communications to new hires (welcome emails, pre-day-1 instructions, schedule, dress code, tools/access, parking, remote setup, etc.). Prepare and oversee onboarding logistics: orientation schedule, meeting invites, onboarding kits, and access to HRIS, email, tools, and systems in partnership with IT and Operations.
