ABOUT THIS POSITION: We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join Waystar. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the Charge Integrity SaaS solution’s specialized and proprietary Big Data charge capture functionality, working collaboratively with internal resources to ensure the Charge Integrity SaaS Solution is providing excellent value to each client. This requires a comprehensive understanding of the revenue cycle and charging practices. You’ll apply your problem solving abilities and revenue cycle knowledge to dissect complex problems and determine the best solutions, ultimately improving efficiency and end product results. An ideal candidate for this position can approach problem-solving challenges creatively and independently, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-based environment.
