Hiring Manager: Connor Hurst: Recruiter: Mark Koener: TITLE: Sr. Engineer, HRSG-HEP focus, Progression PERFORMANCE COACH: Supervisor – Mechanical Reliability COMPANY: Tampa Electric DEPARTMENT: Asset Management POSITION CONCEPT: The HRSG-HEP engineer directs the development of a standardized fleet maintenance strategy for the Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) and High Energy Piping (HEP) across the company. The HRSG-HEP engineer uses risk-based assessment tools to drive the maintenance strategy. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Facilitate TEC’s continuous collaborative reliability management process for Heat Recovery Steam Generators and High Energy Piping systems (HRSG-HEP) which involves the development of mechanical system Asset Criticality, Failure Mechanisms, Monitoring Plan, Health Indicators, Asset Risk Dashboards and Recommendation Management.
