SUMMARY: The individual in this position will perform the duties under the supervision of a Project Manager and a Superintendent. The individual will monitor and administer the quality assurance and compliance program while ensuring incorporated materials are following plans and specifications. Data Center Experience Required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Create a quality control plan that meets the Owner’s requirements Attend meetings with the Owner to go over quality plans and strategies Make quality inspections and create reports to track inspections Control the distribution of all project quality documentation. Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased and delivered by vendors. Attend all preconstruction meetings and coordinate all quality assurance and compliance project requirements with subcontractors. Oversee all quality assurance and compliance meetings. Maintain weekly 360 progress photos. Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the client and its representatives, Architects, Engineers, and Consultants.
